Metromac replaced and configured a new No. 1 server, migrated all operational files, and restored system-wide alarm printing. Our engineers isolated and resolved pump control alarms and replaced the faulty digital output card to restore standby pump auto-start functionality.
The Hyundai ACONIS IMCS was fully restored. The new server was operational and all previous alarms were cleared. All nine standby pumps resumed proper auto-start function, confirming system-wide reliability.
