HADEED is an Iron and Steel company based in Saudi Arabia. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) producing Rebars and Wire rods. Danieli was awarded for the Expansion of the Rolling Mill in HADEED, designed to double capacity from the current 1.1mn t/y to 2mn tons/year. Metromac scope of work is including but is not limited to the installation testing and commissioning of the following:
Installation of Electrical and Instrumentation Equipments
Installation of Junction Boxes, Cable Glanding & Termination
Installation of Gas/Flame Detectors
Electrical Cable Laying and Termination Activities
Panel Modification and Internal Wiring works
Cold Loop Check & Hot Loop Check
Troubleshooting of Field Instruments, Equipments, HVAC System, F&G System, PAGA System, etc.
Pre-commissioning and Commissioning works
