Installation, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning for Electrical & Instrumentation with IT Networking. Metromac as a subcontractor for Siemens has executed the scope of site establishment, complete electrical & IT Network installation and functional testing, and Precommissioned material handling system of the Cargo Handling System.
PLC Panel (Siemens), Operator Station-Ray control, Scanner Control, SMDBs, IT-Networking Panels, and Fire Shutter Panels
Erection of ETV, Turn Table, RA Deck, Roller Deck, Shutter Doors, and ULD Systems
Installation of Wireless Equipments & IT Data Points for Networking
Installation of Cable Tray, Flexible & rigid Conduit, and Supports
Power / Data Feed Rail Installation, Profibus, Profinet, and Fiber-optic Networking.
Power and Control Cable laying, Glanding, and Termination
Electrical Installation, Wiring, and Hardware check (Pre-Commissioning) of all electrical field equipment with the necessary assistance to Siemens including fault Correction
Loop checking and Pre-commissioning
