Installation, Testing & Commissioning Support for Electrical & Instrumentation
The project was to set up 02 Nos. of Crude Processing Units (CPU1 & CPU2) inside of the VTTI Fujairah Terminal. All the Equipment, Instruments, and Materials were provided by M/s BURANDO and Metromac has carried out the complete construction for the E&I works including the final Documentation. The Engineering Contractor is BURANDO.
Installation of all Instruments & it's tubing
Laying of all-new Power, Control, and Signal Cables
Cable Glanding & Termination, Installation of Light Fixtures
Installation of Gas/Flame Detectors and FM200 System
Electrical Cable Laying and Termination Activities for the HVAC Units & New Transformer
Removal of existing transformer and Supply with Installation of New Transformer (200KVA)
Installation of LT panels for Primary and Secondary along with Transformer.
Commissioning the Transformer
Troubleshooting and Maintenance works
