Detail Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Installation, Pre-commissioning of Electrical & Instrumentation.
The Control system with the panel was supplied by Metron Eledyne, UK & Metro Mac has carried out the complete scope of detail engineering, procurement and construction including the final documentation with a contract from Golden Falcon Petroleum Services.
The Project was to upgrade the existing control system of the diesel fire water pump to Siemens S7-315 PLC module with SIL-1 rating for control logic and annunciator.
Replacement of all the existing cables by new cables as per the latest specification & standards of ZADCO.
All equipment and connectors which were defective were identified and replaced.
Preparation and submission of all construction drawings and documents for ZADCO approval.
