This Project was the Fabrication and Construction of the Topside carried out by Petrofac, in consortium with Siemens for TENNET. The platform will house a Siemens 900 megawatt HVDC station that will convert the alternating current produced by the wind turbines to direct current. Metromac scope of work is including but is not limited to Installation testing and commissioning of the following:
Fabrication and Installation of Cable trays/ladders
Installation of Instruments, Tubing for the instruments
Laying of all Control and Signal Cables
Panel Modifications & Internal Wirings
Installation of Junction Boxes, Cable Glanding & Termination
Installation of Gas/Flame Detectors
Electrical Cable Laying and Termination Activities
Cold Loop Check and Hot Loop Check
Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Activities
