The 'FPSO FRADE' is moored by an internal turret and can accommodate 33 risers, has a topsides capacity for the production of 100000 barrels of oil treatment; compression of 106 million standard cubic feet of gas; and treatment and injection of 150,000 barrels of water per day. The 'FPSO FRADE' is the most complex system the SBM has supplied in terms of topsides facilities with a project duration of 36 months from the signing of the contract in 2006. The construction activities were carried out at Dry Docks World- Dubai.
MetroMac worked as a sub-contractor to SBM to carry out Instrument tubing jobs & electrical termination jobs for the topside which includes high-pressure lines & hydraulic lines to about 1 inch SS tubes.
After the construction MetroMac carried out the pre-commissioning test for these installations.
