Installation, Pre-commissioning of Electrical & Instrumentation
GOLPHINHO Module 51 is a part of Vessel FPSO CIDADE DE VITORIA. Metro Mac worked as a sub-contractor in Lamprell. The construction activities were carried out at Dry Docks World- Dubai.
Carried out erections, cable laying, glanding and termination of all panels in LER, Instrument Room and Transformers in Transformer room and Batteries in the Battery room.
Installation of F & G instruments, PA/GA instruments and their cable laying, glanding, termination and calibration.
Installation of Instrument tubing jobs which includes high-pressure lines & hydraulic lines to about ½" inch SS tubes.
Carried out pre-commissioning test after the construction test for these installations.
