Force and Torque Calibration

In force calibration we compare a force instrument which needs to be measured to a force reference standard or the calibration standard to characterize the unknown. Committing to regular force calibration is important because when compression and tension force readings are not accurate or worse when pre-stress or post-tension parameters are not tested, the effects can be detrimental.

Our calibration bench is accredited to undertake load cell calibration service and dynamometer calibration service at our calibration lab in the region. For load cells, dynamometer and other weighing instruments calibration is done by using masses and force generating machine with reference load cell.

Torque wrenches find wide applicability in almost all industries especially where a certain torque setting has to maintained for the bolts. It is used in the automotive industry, mechanical and aviation industry, process industry and widely in the maritime industry. It is for the accuracy of the torque that needs to be maintained, torque wrench calibration is recommended.
