Valve Testing
Metro Mac has an extensive Valve Test and Calibration Facility to carry out work on valve sizes ranging from ¼” to 16”, using self-clamping test rig up to a pressure range of 1000 bar, located adjacent to Calibration Lab in Mussaffah Industrial City.
We undertakes Inspection, Overhaul, Calibration, Pressure testing and Certification of all types of Control Valves, Butterfly Valves, Globe Valves, Gate Valves, Non-Return Valves, Pressure Safety Valves Pressure Relief Valves and Manual Valves. Metro Mac carries out these jobs according to procedures developed ‘In House’ conforming to the requirements of BS EN ISO 4126-1:2013, API-598 and API 576 standards.
Metro Mac also undertakes Valve Automation Jobs and provides On-site Technical expertise in Valve Actuation, Calibration and Maintenance ,pressure testing and certification of all types of valves including pressure safety valves
